Job Detail

Store supervisors is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, including product availability and pricing, managing the staff and customer services, supervise salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers and other employees, resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, maintain specified inventory and order merchandise, prepare reports regarding sales volumes and merchandising, hire and train the new staff and monitor and report on performance, monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
